Assessment

you’ll do an online assessment using videos that I will clarify to you over Truecoach application that will have descriptions for each assessment needed. You’ll perform a variety of movement tests to identify your current skill level as well as establish your baseline level of strength and endurance.

Workout Program

You’ll access your daily, individualized training program through the TrueCoach app on your phone. I will provide you with detailed notes and instructions for your workouts. At the end of each training session you will update your training stats, review historic performance, and chat with me about your training.
